Armanious; made up of collaborators Kitty and Simo, are an alternative Nu Jazz/ hip-Hop/ Funk duo based in North London.

Genre blending in a way unique to themselves, their groove focused poetic sound draws influence from identity, love, relationships and the world around them.

 

Armanious serves up an energetic live show with a lashings of edge and Femme grit. Gaining attention on the London Underground scene in the last 12 months, The two have performed on the stages of; Soho House, Greek St, The Jago, Dalston, The O2, Islington, Hootananny, Brixton, Under The Bridge, Fulham & Brixton Jamm.

The two are residents with Sofar Sounds London and were a part of the first official U.K. Sofar tour. They were invited to play the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival and have also been invited to play at Lost Weekend, Munich and as far as Lazy Bones in Sydney, Australia.

Armanious were nominated for Best Single for Worldwide Awards 2022 for their collaboration with Leisure Dub on ‘Weekend Waiting’.

They have recently self released a live album, ‘Armanious, Live’ and are emerging as an excited live act on the London scene. The show is nothing short of energetic, ladened with groove, sex and soul.
