
FRANCESCO CARONE - Composer, Pianist, Music Producer, Italy

Francesco Carone is a pianist and composer born in Livorno on September 13, 1989. His journey in the world of music began at the age of six when he embarked on classical studies, and from the very start, his passion for musical composition blossomed.
In 2010, he studied under the guidance of Maestro Valerio Silvestro from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, delving into the realms of jazz and composition.
In 2012, Francesco made his mark as a keyboardist for an Italian indie-rock band on the television show "London Live 2.0," which aired on Rai 2.
In 2013, he took the stage for several concerts in Slovenia as part of the Livorno Big Band "Jazz Lab," under the direction of Maestro Andrea Pellegrini.
In 2014, Francesco's talents as a composer were recognized when he was selected to perform at the Berlin Festival "Light Art Project." There, he made his debut at the Olympiastadion and the Charlottenburg Castle, improvising solo piano alongside the visual effects of the artist Kurt Laurenz Theinert.
In 2015, he collaborated with well-known electronic music artists and released several compositions through the prestigious German label "Connaisseur Recordings."
Francesco is also involved in the "Impress" project, where he performs solo piano or with his Handpan.
In 2017, he composed original music for the short film "Sono felice (?)" directed by Umberto Vivaldi and became a finalist at the 10th edition of the National "Albero Andronico" Award in Rome.
In 2019, he wrote original music for the film "Vestiti Ammodino," also directed by Umberto Vivaldi, and won the first prize at the "Final Draft - Oniros Film Awards," Monicelli N.I.F.F. (Noto International Film Festival, Sicily).
In 2021, his single "Ad Elska" was published by the composer Nils Frahm on his official "Piano Day 2021" page.
In 2023, Francesco composed the music for the Italian single "Tondo" (performed by Luigi Strangis) in collaboration with singer-songwriter Enrico Nigiotti, and he emerged as the winner in the final episode of the television show "Amici.

Currently, Francesco Carone is a piano instructor at three music academies.
