Valter Araújo de Souza, better known by his stage name Slim Rimografia, is a Brazilian rapper, singer, and songwriter. He began his professional career in 1996 but was already involved in b-boying and graffiti before that. He collaborates with Thiago Beats.
Slim released his first album in 2003, titled "Financeiramente Pobre" featuring standout tracks such as "Por Você" and "Falido." This album was recognized as one of the top 10 Hip Hop albums in Brazil between 2003 and 2005 and was nominated for the 2004 Hutúz Award in the New Artist category.

Three years later, in 2006, his second album, "Introspectivo," was released, featuring tracks like "Sol" and "Amigos." In 2010, Slim participated with the band Projetonave in the Multishow channel's program Experimente.

In October of the same year, the rapper released "Mais que Existir" as a single. In 2011, Slim Rimografia adapted the classic poem "O Navio Negreiro" by Castro Alves. Published by Panda Books, the book includes the complete text by Castro Alves, Slim's adapted rap version (he also recorded a musical version of the work), and illustrations with graffiti by the OPNI Group.

In 2013, Slim released the album "Aumenta o volume," featuring songs such as "Conduta de risco," "Vivão e vivendo," "Limpe seu próprio quintal," and "Ela é Zica." In January 2014, he entered the Big Brother Brasil as one of the 20 participants in the 14th edition of the reality show on Rede Globo, finishing in 5th place and being eliminated on March 27, 2014.
